1988 -- imperial Electronic Assembly

1990 – Imperial expands in Bethel, Ct.

1990 – Imperial moves to facilty in Danbury, Ct.

1994 – Imperial purchases 1st SMT Line

1995 – Imperial does so and so

1997 – Imperial increases facility to 32,000 sq ft
              facility

1997 – Imperial becomes ISO certified

1999 – Imperial celebrates 10 years of excellence

2001 -- Imperial relocates to a 45,000 sqaure foot
              facility in Brookfield, Connecticut.

2001- To further improve Imperial's cost comeptitive
            capabilities we deployed a new high speed
            SMT Production Line.

2002 -- Imperial adds AOI (Automated Optical
              Inspection) to further enhance quality

2003-- Imperial upgrades ISO to ISO 9001:2000

2007- Imperial upgradesnew manufacturing and
            ERP Software System

2007 -- Imperial adds 3rd SMT line to meet
             customers expectations
